My Seiko Story

As a boy of 15 and a half I joined the Royal Australian Navy. On completion of 1 year of training I joined my first ship, a destroyer, HMAS Derwent. In 1970 we went to Singapore, I saw this "Huge" yellow "SEIKO - CHRONOGRAPH" I had never seen such a watch! I purchased that watch, "she" and I went through my tour of Vietnam. I was the envy of all my friends. I have worn that watch ever since and it was only in 2005 that I gave it to my son. Now HE has a "Big Yellow Watch"!
